At BoostPage, we are committed to delivering a professional landing page experience designed to help businesses present themselves online more effectively.

Our goal is to create a page you feel confident using for your business.

1. Initial Payment & Subscription

Your purchase may include:

  • A one-time setup fee
  • An ongoing monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, and support services

The setup fee is charged once.

The monthly subscription begins immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated during checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize recurring billing for any active subscription services until canceled.

2. Setup Fee Refund Eligibility

The one-time setup fee covers:

  • Copywriting
  • Design
  • Landing page setup
  • Initial onboarding and project preparation

We provide a fair revision and feedback process which includes:

  • One revision round after the first draft
  • Reasonable adjustments based on your feedback

If you are still not satisfied after the revision process, you may request a refund of the one-time setup fee.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the revised version.

3. Monthly Subscription Billing

Monthly subscription payments cover ongoing services such as:

  • Hosting
  • Maintenance
  • Technical support
  • Platform management

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed.

Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in situations including:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Excessive revision requests beyond scope
  • Failure to provide required onboarding materials
  • Long periods of inactivity or non-response
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Completed or partially completed service delivery

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment provider.

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

You may cancel ongoing subscription services at any time by contacting:

Cancellation applies to future billing only and does not retroactively refund previous subscription charges.
