We do not guarantee specific business results, including leads, sales, conversions, or revenue.
2. Onboarding & Client Responsibilities
To begin work, clients must provide the required information, materials, and approvals.
This may include:
- Business information
- Logos or images
- Contact details
- Service descriptions
- Other onboarding materials
Delivery timelines depend on timely submission of these materials.
BoostPage is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, or lack of approvals.
We reserve the right to pause projects if required information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Delivery Timeline
Landing pages are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after receiving all required onboarding information.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Israel.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, revisions, or project complexity.
4. Pricing & Ongoing Services
Services may include:
- A one-time setup fee
- An ongoing monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, support, and related services
Subscription services may begin immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Pricing and billing details are presented during checkout.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time for future purchases or renewals.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including PayPal and other payment platforms.
By purchasing the Service, you authorize:
- The initial one-time payment
- Any applicable recurring subscription charges
You agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay all applicable fees
- Use authorized payment methods
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

8. Ownership & Access
BoostPage manages and hosts landing pages as part of the service experience.
Clients may receive access to certain integrations or assets where applicable, but BoostPage retains ownership of its internal systems, frameworks, templates, processes, and service structure.
Clients retain ownership of the content they provide.
9. Revisions & Updates
Each project includes:
- One revision round after the first draft delivery
Additional revisions or larger changes may require additional fees.
Minor updates may be provided at our discretion.
10. Integrations
Basic lead delivery via email may be included.
Advanced integrations such as:
- CRM systems
- Automation platforms
- Webhooks
- External tools
may require additional setup fees.
BoostPage is not responsible for limitations or failures caused by third-party platforms.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraudulent or misleading content
- Spam or abusive practices
- Harmful or malicious purposes
BoostPage reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse is detected.
12. Intellectual Property
All systems, service structures, frameworks, processes, templates, and internal assets used by BoostPage remain the intellectual property of BoostPage.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction is prohibited.

You retain ownership of the content you provide.
By submitting content, you grant BoostPage permission to use, modify, display, and process that content for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content is legal and does not infringe on third-party rights.

BoostPage is not responsible for:

- Availability

16. Limitation of Liability

- Loss of revenue
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption

- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the previous 30 days.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of Israel unless otherwise required by applicable law.
