By accessing or using BoostPage (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
BoostPage provides fully managed landing page services, including creation, hosting, maintenance, and lead delivery.
The Service is provided as a managed solution. Clients do not receive direct access to edit, export, or transfer the page.
We do not guarantee specific results, including leads, conversions, or revenue.
2. Onboarding & Client Responsibilities
To begin work, clients must provide all required materials, including content, business details, and approvals.
Delivery timelines depend on timely submission of this information.
BoostPage is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials or lack of response.
We reserve the right to pause or cancel projects if required information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Delivery Timeline
Landing pages are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Israel.
This timeline assumes timely submission of all required materials and approvals.
4. Pricing & Subscription
Services may include:
- One-time setup fee
- Recurring monthly subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Paddle.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay all applicable fees
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of service.
You acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital service that begins immediately after payment.
6. Cancellation & Billing
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- The billing provider (Paddle), or
- By contacting us at: getboostpage@gmail.com
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for unused time.
Failure to properly cancel does not exempt you from charges.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Setup fees may be refundable only under the conditions described in that Refund Policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
This includes:
- Setup fees (once work has started)
- Subscription fees (including partial billing periods)
8. Ownership & Access
All landing pages are created, hosted, and managed by BoostPage.
Clients do not receive:
- Ownership rights
- Access to edit the page
- Export files
- Transfer rights
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to benefit from the service while their subscription is active.
9. Revisions & Updates
Each project includes:
- One initial revision round after delivery
After launch:
- One minor update per month
Minor updates include small changes such as text edits, image replacements, or contact details.
BoostPage determines what qualifies as a minor update.
Additional work may require additional fees.
10. Integrations
Basic lead delivery via email is included.
Webhook support may be provided.
Advanced integrations (CRM systems, automation tools such as Zapier or Make) require additional fees.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Illegal activities
- Misleading or deceptive content
- Spam or abusive practices
BoostPage reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if misuse is detected.
12. Intellectual Property
All systems, designs, structures, content frameworks, and processes used in the Service are the intellectual property of BoostPage.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
13. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you provide.
By submitting content, you grant BoostPage a license to use, modify, and display it for the purpose of delivering the Service.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party platforms.
BoostPage is not responsible for:
- Downtime
- Changes in functionality
- Limitations imposed by third parties
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties regarding:
- Performance
- Availability
- Results
16. Limitation of Liability
BoostPage shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 30 days.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BoostPage harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Content you provide
- Violation of these Terms
18. Force Majeure
BoostPage is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including:
- Technical failures
- Third-party outages
- Natural events
19. Service Suspension
BoostPage reserves the right to suspend access to the Service in cases of:
- Failed or overdue payments
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Service
Service may be restored upon resolution at our discretion.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
